Mr. Howard has 36 years of experience in the engineering design field of electrical, controls, instrumentation, and site electrical utility systems as chief electrical engineer, multidiscipline project manager, senior lead electrical project engineer, and multidiscipline construction manager. Denney has experience in a diverse range of projects and market sectors in both new and renovation construction, including education and institutional facilities, solid hazardous waste facilities, office facilities, transportation and recreation facilities, airports, healthcare facilities, water and wastewater utility facilities, and more.
Denney’s broad range of design and engineering experience includes interior and exterior lighting, utility coordination, normal and emergency power distribution, medium-voltage distribution systems, grounding and surge protection, telecommunication systems, SCADA interface, fire alarm systems, security systems, lightning protection systems, life safety systems, public access systems, and more. His electrical design background also includes energy studies analyzing utility and operational data in order to make recommendations on energy saving measures for clients.
Jeff Thomas, P.E., CEM, CEA, GBE

As an experienced electrical engineer and project manager, Mr. Thomas manages the design of facility upgrades and new facilities projects for a variety of public and private market sectors, including healthcare, institutional, municipal, and food distribution. He is responsible for the delivery of MEP design and engineering services including electrical modeling, field investigation, power generation design, power supply system design, system commissioning, energy management, utility design, and condition assessments.
As a chief energy analyst, Jeff specializes in energy analysis and auditing with a focus on resource conservation and renewable energy to ultimately minimize operational energy costs for our clients. He has provided energy services for hundreds of facilities throughout the country for clients including the Defense Commissary Agency and General Services Administration.
