As a professional engineer and Certified Facility Manager, Mr. LeBlanc leads LAN’s facility condition assessment projects. He specializes in facility condition assessment database development processes and procedures and is experienced in report writing, data processing, and presentations of findings to clients for facility master planning. His approach to facility condition assessments and project management is defined by his inherent value of detail, a well-defined understanding of the assessment process, and a clear picture of the end-goal. Kyle’s facility condition assessment leadership has encompassed more than 25 million SF of facilities for a wide variety of institutional clients, from governmental to educational which also encompassed a wide variety of facility-types.
Jeff Thomas, P.E., CEM, CEA, GBE
Senior Associate, Facilities Team Leader
As an experienced electrical engineer and project manager, Mr. Thomas manages the design of facility upgrades and new facilities projects for a variety of public and private market sectors, including healthcare, institutional, municipal, and food distribution. He is responsible for the delivery of MEP design and engineering services including electrical modeling, field investigation, power generation design, power supply system design, system commissioning, energy management, utility design, and condition assessments.
As a chief energy analyst, Jeff specializes in energy analysis and auditing with a focus on resource conservation and renewable energy to ultimately minimize operational energy costs for our clients. He has provided energy services for hundreds of facilities throughout the country for clients including the Defense Commissary Agency and General Services Administration.
