After reviewing the results of a study conducted by LAN, the Brenham Independent School District (district) chose to construct an 800-student elementary school. LAN managed the project and developed a preliminary program of requirements, which allowed the design to stay within the bounds of the district's budget and time constraints. In the planning stages, LAN provided scheduling and cost estimates, assisted the District in selecting an architect, and procured construction services through competitive, sealed proposals.

Throughout the design phase, LAN acted as the district's daily representative by reviewing designs and leading value engineering sessions to ensure the project stayed within its budget. Once construction began, LAN inspected the site, held project meetings, tracked funds, and commissioned the building to meet quality requirements. LAN ensured the project was on budget, on time, and met quality requirements.
