Prior to that, he served as a construction coordinator for the Houston Housing Authority. He also has served as a project coordinator for various architecture firms in Houston. A LEED accredited professional, Kedrick received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in architecture from Texas A&M University and University of Southern California, respectively.
Medina has more than 10 years of experience designing and managing capital improvement, higher education, K-12, hospitality and residential projects. Previously he served as a studio manager for Merge Architects, where his responsibilities included design and construction administration of commercial and residential projects. He has delivered a number of high-profile projects for various educational facilities, including the University of Texas at San Antonio, Texas A&M University and Texas Tech University. Medina received his bachelor’s degree in architecture from the University of Texas at San Antonio. A LEED Green Associate, Medina is currently pursuing his architectural license.
“Kedrick and Clement’s program management expertise, combined with their proven record of successfully delivering projects, will be a big benefit to our firm,” said JP Grom, AIA, LAN’s vice president. “With their additions, we are looking forward to providing the level of service our clients have come to expect from us.”
