City of Mont Belvieu Selects LAN to Provide Traffic Engineering Services

(HOUSTON – Nov 19, 2014) The City of Mont Belvieu has selected planning, engineering and program management firm Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc. (LAN) to provide traffic engineering services related to the implementation of the City’s Capital Improvements Plan (CIP).
As the City’s on-call traffic engineer for the next two years, LAN will be responsible for signaling, timing, pavement marking design and traffic studies. This will include survey/data collection, design and construction phase services.
